Welcome to the Black Rock Tavern & Restaurant, a fine family dining experience in the heart of Thomaston, CT.

Group Somma had the pleasure of working in the early stages of the restaurant to design both the restaurant's print and web material, as well as to concept the logo and business cards.

Incorporating both the experience of fine dining, a soothing atmosphere that carries through every room and the proximity (and naming) of the restaurant to the nearby Black Rock State Park, we chose warm, dark hues for the unifying theme across all collateral.

It was a fun project. Plus, it didn't hurt to have first-hand access to a great dish of mozzarella en carozza.
